The day 20th of May 2018 the workshops of Local Activities II have been implemented in Managua, the capital of Nicaragua by Mauricio Sandino and Arly Asis, who were two participants of the Training Course. 30 people took part and approximately 25% of them were women. Today, Williams (Tizón) is travelling from Guatemala to Málaga for participating in the job shadowing phase of our project “Inclusion through Urban Art & Folk Music”. His sending organization in Guategraff Graffiti Studio and he will be welcomed and hosted by El circulo breaking. During his stay in Málaga he will share his knowledge and experience as breakdancer and youth workers, while learning how artists from Málaga develop their talent and have professionalized themselves using urban art as a tool for inclusion, development and social transformation. Last Sunday, the 12th of May 2018, workshops of Local Activities II have been organized in San Andrés Semetabaj (Sololá), a rural area of Guatemala where other cultural expressions are limited and they are not used to have workshops or activities based on urban art. It was very interesting using learning games and dynamics learnt by participants in Managua and Málaga to promote learning process and competences. The day 5th of May Iniciativa Internacional Joven and El circulo breaking carried out and evaluated the two established workshops of Local Activities II, together with one of the good practices selected during the phase of Local Activities I. The room was set up with products and samples from other countries for making participants feeling the interculturality. This morning our participants arrived full of energy for finishing the preparation of the Workshops of Local Activities II. Yesterday we gave them information about pedagogy and how to preparare a workshop in a professional way using a pedagogical sheet.
